My favorate recipe for “salsa”
4 large Tomatoes (chop medium)
3 jalapeño peppers (remove seeds)
3 garlic cloves (fine)
1/2 red pepper (diced)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
1 table spoon salt ( as desired)
1/2 table spoon pepper ( as desired)
Wine vinegar 1/8 cup (little more little less)
olive oil 2 table spoons
chop, chop, chop everything
Mix well with fork and mash and crush tomatoes.
Variations lemon juice, teriyaki, parmesan cheese, or horse radish. If I have hot sauce around I always add a couple of dashes.
